Digital Products
- All sales of digital download products are considered final and non-refundable.
- In the event that errors and/or anomalies by fault of the company were detected within the digital product sold, the company will make the final decision on any refund and/or replacement provided.
- The following conditions not considered errors and/or anomalies include, but not limited to:
- Internet connectivity issues on the customer's end
- Unavailability of appropriate software to view/use purchased files on the customer's end
- Permanent amendments/changes to purchased digital download products made by the customer
Physical Products
- All sales of physical products are considered final and non-refundable.
- In the event that defects and/or anomalies by fault of the company were detected within the physical product sold, the company will make the final decision on any refund and/or replacement provided.
Use of Digital Images
- All images sold on this website are limited to editorial and/or commercial use. Specific terms of use are set by individual image creators, with additional details indicated on individual product page.

- Examples of commercial use include, but not limited to:

- Social media posts (E.g. Marketing, promotional, advertising)

- Editorial use is defined as including, but not limited to, artistic use, factual reporting, educational purposes, news, informational and/or historical purposes.
- Examples of editorial use include, but not limited to:
- News articles
- Essays
- Documentaries
- Textbooks
- Travel pieces
- Social media posts (E.g. Event reporting, commentary)
- All digital downloads sold on this website are not to be resold on stock photo, wallpaper (computer & mobile devices), social media platforms, as well as individual private sales.
